Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups milk
3 egg yolks
1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavor
1 carton Cool Whip
Directions
Mix sugar, cornstarch, cocoa and salt together. Mix egg yolks and 1/2 cup milk. Pour into dry mixture and blend, and then add remaining milk. Mix well and cook in double boiler until lumpy and sticking to the spoon. Remove, add vanilla and beat mixture until smooth. Pour into pan and place in refrigerator until completely cooled and set. Spread Cool Whip over pudding and serve.
