Ingredients
1 32-ounce package frozen hash brown potatoes
1 49-ounce can fat free chicken broth
1 package McCormick Original Country Gravy mix
1 package McCormick Original Sausage Country Gravy mix
Directions
Spray soup pot with cooking spray and place frozen potatoes in pot. Cover with lid and steam 10 minutes until thawed. Pour in the can of chicken broth and bring to a boil. Prepare gravy mixes according to directions, adding milk in place of water (optional). Add gravy when thickened into the broth when it is at boiling point. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
