Ingredients
1 pound (3 cups) plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1/2 pound (1 3/4 cup) red or yellow cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
In a saucepan, combine tomatoes, sugar and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Reduce heat; cook uncovered 35 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, cool. Serve or store covered in refrigerator up to 3 days. Delicious served with cornmeal scones.
