1 6 ½-ounce can boneless skinless salmon, drained and flaked
¼ cup light mayonnaise
1 8-ounce package fat-free cream cheese, softened
1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
¼ cup light ranch dressing
Assorted crackers: bagels, rye bread or pita pockets
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Spread on miniature bagels or crackers. To make a filling for pita pockets: add 1 chopped apple and 1 stalk of celery, chopped finely. Sliced grapes and chopped pecans can be used also.
