4-6 bass, 8-10-inches
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 small lemon, sliced
1 tablespoon garlic powder
½ cup cooking wine
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Preheat grill to low heat, place fish on foil-lined baking pan. Spread butter over the fish. Combine pepper, salt, red pepper and garlic powder; sprinkle over fish. Combine wine, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce; pour into pan. Place sliced lemon on top of fish and completely cover fish and pan with foil. Cook on low heat for one hour or until the fish falls off the bone; let cool and enjoy with hush puppies.
