Saucy Fish Fillets

4 fish fillets, about 1 pound       
¾ cup green pepper, chopped
½ cup onion, chopped          
½ cup celery, chopped
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce    
Small can mushrooms, drained
Salt and pepper, to taste       
4 tablespoons butter and 4 tablespoons margarine
Use a large skillet. Melt butter and margarine. Add and cook vegetables until tender; add Worcestershire sauce. Push vegetables to one side. Place fish fillets in the skillet with remaining sauce. Baste both sides, but only turn fish once while cooking, about 4 minutes per side, until it flakes with the touch of a fork. To serve, garnish fish with vegetables. Yield: 4 servings.
