|Oreo Cookie Dessert|

|1 ¼ pounds oreo cookies, (minus 7 cookies), crushed
7 tablespoons butter or margarine (1 stick minus 1 tablespoon)
½ gallon ice cream
1 large can Carnation milk
2 bars (2-ounces) bitter chocolate
1 cup sugar
|Mix and press in 13x9x2-inch pan. Don’t pack too hard. Freeze. Spread ½ gallon ice cream and freeze until hard.
Bake for about 15 minutes on medium-high, turn down to medium heat towards end until thickened. Remove from heat. When cool, spread over ice cream and freeze. When serving, spread 8-ounces Cool Whip on top.
