1 ½ cups apple, coarsely chopped
1 cup pear, coarsely chopped
1 cup red seedless grapes
½ cup celery, thinly sliced
1/3 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon unsweetened apple juice
¼ teaspoon ginger
Combine first four ingredients in a medium bowl. Combine yogurt, apple juice and ginger; pour over apple mixture, tossing to coat. Yield 6 servings, approximately 65 calories.
