Ingredients
2 15-ounce cans black beans
1 15-ounce can whole kernel corn
1 green pepper
½ medium onion
2 Roma tomatoes

Dressing:
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon parsley
¼ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon granulated garlic
1 cup salsa
1 teaspoon oil
Directions
Drain and rinse black beans, drain corn. Dice pepper, onions and tomatoes.
Dressing:
Mix together and toss with vegetables.
