Ingredients
1 pound (4 cups) cranberries
1 cup canned pineapple
1 lemon or orange (lemon-sized)
2 cups sugar
Directions
Put pineapples and cranberries in processor and blend. Quarter a whole lemon (or orange) remove seeds (and rind if desired) and also put through processor. Blend mixture with sugar and chill in refrigerator several hours before serving or pack in sterilized jars and seal with paraffin wax.
