1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon light brown sugar, packed
5 or 6 garlic cloves, chopped
1 entire bunch green onions, chopped
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
2 bay leaves
Mix all ingredients together. Add deer meat and marinade at 24 hours, stirring once or twice. Cook on grill. Recommended cuts: back straps and inside tenderloins; coin them into pieces about ΒΌ-inch thick. Hind quarter strips can be cut about 1-inch thick and 5 or 6-inches long.
