Venison Ragout (Crockpot)

2 tablespoons venison, cut 1-inch cubes
½ cup flour to dredge
1 teaspoon each salt and pepper
1 cup onion, chopped
¼ cup canola oil
2 bay leaves
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon paprika
1 27-ounce can diced tomatoes with oregano, basil and garlic
2 large green bell peppers cut into ¾-inch pieces
Dredge venison in flour seasoned with the salt and pepper. Brown the meat and sauté the onions in the canola oil. Stir all ingredients together in crockpot. Cook on high for 3 hours and low for 2 hours longer.
