Lemon Burgundy Beef

2-3 4-ounce steaks
1 onion, sliced
½ cup butter
Juice of 2 lemons
¼ cup Burgundy wine
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons water
Marinate beef in lemon juice for 2 hours. Melt butter in electric skillet, remove white foam. Sauté garlic clove, remove. Brown onion, remove and reserve. Brown steak until medium rare, remove and reserve. Pour wine into skillet removing all bits and deglazing pan. To thicken, mix cornstarch with water. Heat until thickened. Add steak and onions. Keep warm over low heat. Garnish with parsley.
