Ingredients
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
2 small cans crushed pineapple, one drained and one undrained
8 ounces sour cream
1 tablespoon sugar
8-ounce carton Cool Whip
1 pie shell, baked and cooled
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix with a fork (do not use mixer). Pour into pie crust and refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving.
