3 pound boneless chuck roast
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup red-wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon liquide smoke flavoring
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Sandwich buns
Place roast in crock-pot. Combine remaining ingredients (except buns) in large bowl and pour over roast. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or 4-5 hours on high. Remove meat from cooker and shred with a fork. Return meat to cooker and stir to coat with sauce. Serve on sandwich buns and top additional sauce. Serves 12.
