Ingredients
4 medium sweet onions
Vegetable cooking spray
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Directions
Peel and cut the onions into wedges (about eight per onion). Arrange onion wedges, flat side down, on a large baking pan coated with cooking spray; lightly coat onions with cooking spray. Sprinkle thyme, salt, and pepper over the onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn the onions over and bake an additional 25 minutes. Spoon onions into serving dish and drizzle with vinegar.
