1 large hen, boiled, cut into small pieces and put back in broth
3 pounds ground beef, browned
2 cans cream style corn
2 cans English peas
2 cans tomatoes
2 cans butter beans
2 large onions, chopped
2 small bottle catsup
2 small bottle steak sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Hot sauce to taste
Add the ground beef to the hen and stock. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook in a large pot over low heat until thick, about 1 1/2 hours, stirring often to keep from sticking. *Ground deer meat may be used instead.
