Ingredients
2 large cans asparagus spears
2 boiled eggs, sliced
1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
1 small can mushrooms, chopped
1 small can olives, sliced
1 4-ounce can small shrimp
1 cup grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup, diluted with 1/2 can water
12 crushed crackers
Directions
Butter a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Layer a half amount of each ingredient in this order: asparagus, eggs, water chestnuts, mushrooms, olives, shrimp, cheese and soup mixture. Repeat layers and top with cracker crumbs. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
