Ingredients
2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup solid Crisco shortening
Directions
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and roll out on floored surface; it should be thick. Freeze on cookie sheets, place in plastic freezer bags and return to freezer. To bake, put biscuits on lightly greased pan; place in cold oven. Turn oven to 450 degrees and bake 18 minutes. This recipe makes 8-10 biscuits.
