Ingredients
8 cups squash
2 large onions (1 cup)
3 green bell peppers
2 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups white vinegar
2 teaspoons mustard seed
2 teaspoons celery seed
Directions
Grind first three ingredients in food grinder or coarsely chop in food processor. Sprinkle with salt and let set overnight. Drain. gradually mix sugar, vinegar, mustard seed and celery seed together. Mix with squash mixture and boil 25 minutes. Place into canning jars and seal.
