Ingredients
6 cubed steaks
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 large chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
2 tablespoons steak sauce
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup cold water
1/4 cup flour
4 cups hot water
Directions
Heat oil in an electric frying pan set at 350 degrees. Salt and pepper steaks and brown on both sides, for up to 15 minutes. Remove steaks.
To make gravy:
Mix flour in cold water and add to the oil in the pan. Stir until brown and then add hot water. Mix well. Add onion and all other ingredients. Place steaks back in pan. Cover and simmer for one to one and one-half hours.
