1 to 1 1/2 pounds cubed steak
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt (seasoned with flour)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Dredge steak in seasoned flour. Heat oil on high (about 1/4-inch deep) in a heavy skillet. Place floured steak in hot oil, turn heat to medium-high, brown both sides. Place in a baking dish. Prepare gravy with mix and pour over steak. Cover and bake in a 350-degree oven for 30 minutes.
