1 10-pound ham, precooked
1 can orange Crush soft drink
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1 can pineapple pie filling
Whole cloves
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 pound dark brown sugar
For appearance, score with knife on top of ham in diagonal cuts, 1/8-inch deep and one inch apart. Place whole cloves in each line you have carved on top of ham. Pour orange Crush over ham slowly. Pour wine vinegar over orange Crush. Pack pie filling over ham; sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg lightly. Pack sugar over ham. Using a pan large enough so the ham doesn't touch the sides, place the foil over the ham, but not touching. Bake about two hours at 350 degrees. Pie filling and sugar will form a jellied syrup. Baste often with syrup until ham is fully covered. Remove foil and let glaze become golden brown.
