Ingredients
6 breakfast pork chops
2 cans biscuits (10 to a can)
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Boil pork chops until well done. Remove bones. Place meat back in broth in about 1 1/2 quarts water and broth total. Pinch off small pieces of biscuits and drop in, while cooking slow. Add salt and pepper. Cook about five minutes, covered.
