Chicken and Bacon Casserole

1 package bacon (12-16 ounces)
1 3/4 cups rice
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups milk
Salt and pepper
Garlic salt, oregano, paprika, parsley flakes (to taste)
Line 13x9-inch pan with raw bacon. Sprinkle raw rice over bacon. Mix soup with the milk and pour three-fourths of mixture over rice. Place raw chicken on top and add remaining soup mixture over chicken. Sprinkle salt, pepper and remaining spices over chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 250 degrees for two and one-half hours.
