2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 stick margarine, melted
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cups grated cheese of choice
1 8-ounce carton sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 30-ounce bag country-style has browns
Mix two cups crushed Ritz crackers and one stick melted margarine. Combine soup, margarine, onion, cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper in large mixing bowl until well blended. Stir in hash browns and mix well. Spread mixture in large casserole dish, add topping and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
