Graham cracker
2 small packages French vanilla instant pudding
8-ounces Cool Whip
Topping:
1/4 cup cocoa
2 tablespoons white corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons margarine
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons milk
Directions
Line a 9x13-inch pan with whole graham crackers. Prepare pudding and mix with Cool Whip. Spread half of mixture over crackers. Add another layer of crackers, top with rest of pudding and add final layer of crackers. Prepare topping by mixing ingredients and ice cake. Refrigerate. Best if prepared two days ahead. Serves 15.
