Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter
8-ounces okra, sliced
4 cups corn kernels
1 medium onion
2 ripe tomatoes
Directions
Melt butter in Dutch oven and add okra, corn, onion and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring often. Reduce heat and simmer until okra is tender. Serve hot.
