1 cup starter
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix well and set aside. In a separate bowl combine:
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1-5 ounce box vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup chopped nuts
Combine the two mixtures and blend well. Pour into two well-greased and sugared loaf pans. Mix 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar and sprinkle over the top. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
