1 can (15-ounce) pineapple chunks, drained
1 can (46-ounce) pineapple juice, chilled
3 cups juice, chilled
1 bottle (1 liter) lemon-lime soda
Drain pineapple; reserve juice. add reserved juice with water to make four and one-half cups. Pour one-half liquid in a six-cup mold; arrange pineapple in liquid. Freeze two hours or until solid. Pour remaining liquid into mold. Freeze overnight. Stir together pineapple juice, orange juice and soda in a large punch bowl; set aside. Unmold, by dipping into warm water for few seconds. Invert mold; gently shake to release ice mold. Serve.
