Ingredients
1 large loaf of bread, toasted
1 can biscuits or 6 regular biscuits
1 large skillet of cooked corn bread
2 cups chopped celery
1 cup chopped celery tops
2 cups chopped white onions
1/2 cup chopped green onions
with tops also
4 eggs
Broth from can of Sweet Sue chicken and 1/2 of the chicken chopped
Directions
Cook celery and onions in skillet with broth and two tablespoons butter until tender. Crumble corn bread, biscuits and toast, add eggs and mix. Place in pan, pour turkey drippings on top. This makes enough to serve 35 so you'll need two large pans. Dressing can be baked at this point, but it's really better if frozen before baking. Bake at 400 degrees 30-45 minutes until brown.
