French Emulsion Dressing

1/3 cup olive oil (herbed)
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons water
1/2 tablespoon sugar
2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
1/4 cup freshly chopped basil and rosemary
Place all ingredients in a glass shaker/jar and shake. Let set with pre-washed salad greens until ready to serve. Remove garlic prior. Also, you can use less oil by increasing the other liquids and sugar.
