1 1/2 pounds ground venison
2 jumbo Vidalia onions
2 small chopped green onions, including stems
1/4 pound mozzarella cheese, grated
2 medium banana peppers, chopped
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
12 slices hoop cheese
Boil jumbo onions until soft enough to separate into 12 sections. Combine remaining ingredients except hoop cheese. Fill onion shells with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top each filled onion shell with a slice of hoop cheese and place in oven until cheese melts. Serve while hot.
