Ingredients
12- to 16-pound turkey
1 package dry Italian dressing
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons hot sauce
Oil for frying
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 stick butter, melted
1 tablespoons pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients; wash turkey and inject all over with seasoning using meat injector. Leave in refrigerator overnight to marinate. Remove turkey from refrigerator and let reach room temperature. In a large pot with enough oil for deep frying, bring oil to 325 degrees. Place turkey in oil and cook for four minutes per pound, keeping temperature at 325 degrees. Remove, carve and serve.
