1 cup sifted powdered sugar
2 tablespoons whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12 (2 1/2-inch) square graham crackers
24 sem-sweet chocolate mini-moresels
12 red cinnamon candies
12 miniature pretzels, broken in half
Combine first three ingredients and stir well; set frosting aside. Cut graham crackers in half diagonally wit ha serrated knife, using a sawing motion. Spread a small amount of frosting over one side of half of the crackers, top with remaining cracker halves, forming triangles for reindeer faces. Spread a small amount of frosting to cover tops of crackers. make faces: Press two chocolate morsels into each for eyes, one cinnamon candy for a nose and add two pretzel halves one for antlers. Let dry on wire rack.
