Ingredients
1 box butter white cake mix
3 eggs
1 stick butter
Icing:
2 cups sugar
12-ounce bag frozen coconut
8 ounces Cool Whip
8 ounces sour cream
Directions
Follow cake mix instructions. Makes two layers for cake. Beat sour cream and sugar. Add Cool Whip and coconut. Spread on cake. Cool the layers. Sit in the refrigerator for three days before cutting.
