Ingredients
12 corn tortillas
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 can enchilada sauce (red or green chile)
1 can black olives, optional
1 pound ground beef
1 small jar taco sauce
1 pound cheddar cheese, grated
1 small can green chiles, chopped
Directions
Brown ground beef; drain and mix in soup, sauces, green chiles and olives. Line shallow casserole pan with butter. Layer broken tortillas, sauce and cheese. Repeat until ingredients are used up. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until or until cheese is bubble.
