1 1/2 cup celery, cut
1 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
2 cans cut green beans
Salt to taste
1/8 teaspoon thyme
2 tablespoons celery leaves
2 tablespoons onions, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Cook vegetables 15 minutes in bean liquid and add salt and thyme while cooking. Cut celery leaves and onions and cook in butter until onions are clear. Drain vegetables and reserve and liquid. Mix with cream of mushroom soup diluted with 1/4 cup of vegetable liquid.
