Deviled Crab (using imitation crab)

6 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons minced celery leaves
1/2 cup minced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound imitation crab
3 bay leaves
2 teaspoons Worcestershire
Dash cayenne pepper
4 tablespoons minced parsley
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon tabasco
2 cups French bread, cubed
1 cup chicken broth
2 eggs, beaten
buttered bread crumbs
(Preheat oven to 350 degrees)
In large skillet, melt butter and sauté celery, onion and garlic until tender. Add crab meat, bay leaves worcestershire, cayenne pepper, parsley, pepper, salt and tabasco. Simmer 8 minutes, remove bay leaves. Soak bread cubes in chicken broth, mix in eggs. Stir into crab mixture and heat thoroughly (5 minutes). Spoon into shells or several small bowls or one large bowl. Sprinkle with buttered crumbs and dot with butte.
Bake in a 350 degree oven 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.
