|15 Minute on the Grill Ribs|
|Joe Wheeler EMC|
|1/2 to 3/4 pound pork ribs per person
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 cup Dale steak seasoning
|Put ribs in a pan with enough water to cover the ribs and add two beef bouillon cubes. Bring to a slow boil, then simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until meat is cooked. Take meat out and let cool until five minutes before you are ready to start grilling it. Brush meat with Dale steak seasoning and let it set in a dish with Dale steak seasoning on the bottom during these five minutes. The grill should be hot with hickory chips smoking when you put the ribs on the grill. Slightly sear the meat on the both sides, then turn the grill to low heat. Turn ribs often during grilling, lightly brushing on Dale steak seasoning each time you turn the ribs. In about 15 minutes the ribs will have a nice, fully cooked, grilled appearance and are ready to serve.
The advantages of this 2-step cooking method are:
1. You know the pork is fully cooked.
2. You only need 15 minutes to watch over it on the grill.
3. The taste combines the best of both steps of the cooking.
4. Leftovers are delicious when thinly sliced for cold cuts or sandwiches.
We enjoyed the ribs and wanted to share the recipe.
