Ingredients
1 cup self-rising cornmeal mix
1/4 cup fat-free egg substitute
1/2 cup water or more if needed
1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 10-ounce package frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients. Pour into a 8x11 1/2 inch baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serves eight with less than one fat gram per serving.
