1 3-ounce package of strawberry gelatin
1 3-ounce package of lemon gelatin
1 3-ounce package of lime gelatin
1 16-ounce can of fruit cocktail, well drained
1 8-ounce package of cream cheese, chopped up
1 cup chopped pecans
1 12-ounce can of crushed pineapple, well drained
Mix strawberry gelatin according to package directions and add fruit cocktail. Pour into a 8x13-inch dish. Allow to set until firm, about two hours. Mix lemon gelatin and add chopped cream cheese and pecans. Pour on top of first layer and chill until set. Mix lime gelatin and add crushed pineapple. Pour on top of second layer and chill until set. Note: Cherries may be used to create Christmas tree or bell on top.
