Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1 16-ounce can red kidney beans
1 28-ounce can tomatoes, cut up
1/2 medium size cabbage
Onions
Celery
Bell pepper
Garlic
4 beef bouillon cubes
Directions
Brown the beef and drain. In a pot put the beef, beans, tomatoes, cabbage, onions, celery, bell pepper and garlic. Add 28 ounces of water from the tomato can and the four bouillon cubes. Bring to a boil and let simmer for about one hour.
