Ingredients
1 pound fresh spinach
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cups onions, grated
4 medium potatoes, cut in cubes
1 large can evaporated milk
3 tablespoons margarine
Water to cover potatoes
Directions
Lightly brown onions in margarine. Add potatoes, salt, pepper and water. Cover and cook 20 minutes. Add chopped spinach and cook 10 minutes. Remove from stove and stir in large can evaporated milk and serve.
