Okra
Buttermilk
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Cooking oil
Directions
Cut okra in 1/2-inch pieces. Coat okra with buttermilk. Mix salt and pepper with four in a shallow bowl or pie plate. Coat okra with flour, a few pieces at a time and put aside until all in coated. Heat oil till hot. Cook okra until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and serve while hot.
