Ingredients
4-6 cups of cooked and seasoned collard greens
2 cups seasoned northern beans cooked or one 1-pund can
1 pound stew meat cooked, seasoned and chopped into small pieces (can used left over roast)
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Add enough liquid from greens to moisten well. Simmer on low temperature for 20-30 minutes. Serve with hot garlic bread. Makes eight to 10 servings.
