Ingredients
1 6-ounce package long-grain and wild rice mix
2 cups hot water
6 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops, trimmed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 10 3/4-ounce can condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
Directions
Combine rice, seasoning packet of rice mix and hot water; place in a lightly greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Set aside. Sprinkle pork chops with pepper and place over rice mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Uncover casserole; combine cream of celery soup and milk; pour over casserole. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Makes six servings.
