2 ripe Chilean nectarines, diced peeled if desired
1 large or 2 small ripe red black Chilean plums, diced with skin
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
3/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Salt to taste, optional
Especially good with fish or chicken. Makes about 3 cups.
