Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound mild sausage
1 pound Velveeta cheese slices
1 small onion, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 jar mushrooms, optional
1 loaf French bread, deli style
Directions
Brown and drain hamburger, sausage, onion, bell pepper and mushrooms. Slice top off French bread. Hollow out bread. Line bottom of bread with cheese slices, then put in mixture. Top with remaining cheese slices. Put top back on bread, wrap in foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
