8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 4-ounce cans deviled ham
2 tablespoons parsley
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper sauce
1/2 to 1 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
Cream together cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Add ham, parsley, onion, mustard and pepper sauce and mix well. Chill overnight . Roll into a ball and coat in chopped nuts. Serve with crackers.
